Desert Cities Wellness, DesertCitiesWellness.Com. Allco Medical Enterprises, Inc., Allco Publishing, Health Education Associates, and Drs. Allen and Lisa Robyn Lawrence, all above collectively to be known as the  Educational Service Providers/Providers, are providing an online information and communications service for your entertainment and information. These services and programs consists of a series of general and specific information documents and exhibits (the  Information ) which are provided for the use of individual (the  Users ) who are interested in using our service. The Information provides is not meant in any way to practice medicine as this would be illegal. There is no intent on our part to perform or provide medical services in any way. It would be illegal in all states of the United States to provide specific information, diagnosis or treatment without an individual personal evaluation or without taking a medical history or performing a physical examination.

Please read this disclaimer and agreement carefully before accessing or using our educational services. By accessing or using our Educational Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions which we have set forth below:

4.    You understand that, except for information, products or services clearly identified as being supplied by the Educational Service Providers, the educators do not operate, control or endorse any information, products or services on the Internet, including on the Educational Service, in any way. Except for Provider-identified information, products or services, all information, products and services offered through the Educational Service or on the Internet generally are offered by third parties who are not affiliated with the Educational Service Providers or their affiliates.

5.    You also understand that the Educational Service providers cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading through the Educational Service will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties. Each user is responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy his or her particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to the Educational Service providers for the reconstruction of any lost data.  We do all that is technically possible to limit discourage and prevent hijacking,  infusion of infection, viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties.

6.    The Educational Services Providers do not assume any responsibility or risk for your use of this Educational Service or the internet. Providers do not make any express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever (including without limitation warranties of title or non infringement, or the implied warranties of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose) with regard to the service, any merchandise, information or service provided through the service or on the internet generally, and providers shall not be liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from any such transaction. Except as otherwise expressly specified, providers do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or correctness, timeliness, or usefulness of any opinions, advice, services, merchandise or other information provided through the service or on the internet generally. In no event will the providers be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you or anyone else in reliance upon the information provided through the service.

7.    This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California applicable to agreements made and to be performed in California. Users agree that any legal action or proceeding between the Educational Service providers and Users for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations here under shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in California. Any cause of action or claim User may have with respect to the Educational Services providers must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred.

8.   Educational Service Providers and DesertCitiesWellness.Com offer DesertCitiesWellness Community Resource Directory as a community service. Any and all listing are added to DesertCitiesWellness by the list or and their presence on DesertCitiesWellness.Com does in no way, shape or forms signify any endorsement, recommendation or referral on the part of the Educational Services Providers, nor DesertCitiesWellness. This service is offered as a community service and "caveat emptor" let the buyer beware, it is up to the user, the public, or individuals to due diligence and check out any ads or listing to determine competency, relevance and/or professional skills and credentialing.

9.    To prevent legal or other problem the Educational Services Providers request that you first contact them and give them a chance to sort out, change, help with, or negotiate and grievances of any kind and for any reason. We are intelligent and responsible people and we see our readers as intelligent and responsible people who can and do desire to solve problem to maintain and promote general health and wellness. In order to maintain an informative and valuable service that meets the needs of the Users everywhere and avoids the harm that can result from disseminating statements that are false, malicious, violative of the rights of others, or otherwise harmful, it is necessary to establish the following rules to protect against abuse.

Users may not post or transmit any message anonymously or under a false name. Members may not permit any other person (other than an agent acting on User's behalf and subject to User's supervision) to access the Educational Service, E-mail or forms for any negative purpose.

Users may not post or transmit any message which is libelous, defamatory or which discloses private or personal matters concerning any person. Members may not post or transmit any message, data, image or program which is indecent, obscene or pornographic.

10.    Users may not post or transmit any message, data, image or program that would violate the property rights of others, including unauthorized copyrighted text, images or programs, trade secrets or other confidential proprietary information, and trademarks or service marks used in an infringing fashion.

11.    Users may not interfere with other User's use of the Educational Services, including, without limitation, disrupting the normal flow of dialogue in a chat room.

12.    Users may not post or transmit any file which contains infection, viruses, worms,  Trojan horses  or any other contaminating or destructive features or codes.

13.    Users may not post or transmit any message which is harmful, threatening, abusive or hateful. It is not the Educational Service's intent to discourage Users from taking controversial positions or expressing vigorously what may be unpopular views; however, Educational Service providers reserve the right to take such action as it deems appropriate in cases where the Educational Service is used to disseminate statements which are deeply and widely offensive and/or harmful.

14.    Users may not post or transmit charity requests, petitions for signatures, chain letters or letters relating to pyramid schemes. Members may not post or transmit any advertising, promotional materials or any other solicitation of other Users to use goods or services except in those areas (e.g., a classified bulletin board) that are designated for such purposes.

15.    Users may not: (a) post a single article to more than five (5) Usenet or other newsgroups, forums, E-mail mailing lists or other similar groups or lists; (b) post to any Usenet or other newsgroup, forum, E-mail listing or other similar group or list articles which are off-topic according to the charter or other owner-published FAQ or description of the group or list; (c)send unsolicited mass E-mailings to more than twenty-five (25) E-mail users, if such unsolicited E-mailings provoke complaints from the recipients; or (d) engage in any of the foregoing activities using the service of another provider, but channeling such activities through the Educational Service or remailer, or using the Educational Service as a mail drop for responses.

16.    Users may not violate the terms and conditions and operating rules of any other interactive service, including, without limitation, Usenet or other newsgroups, forums and World Wide Web sites.

17.    Users may not use the facilities and capabilities of the Service to conduct any activity or solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of others.

ALLCO Publshing  and Health Education Associates and may only be used under license by Allco Medical Enterprises, Inc. and Health Education Associates. They cannot be used or copied without our express permission.

The materials on this web site, Wellness on the Web are copyrighted by the respective Educational Service Providers and may be downloaded and/or reprinted for personal use only. Permission to reprint or electronically reproduce any document or graphic in whole or in part for any reason is expressly prohibited, unless prior written consent is obtained from the respective copyright holder(s).

We make express promise that no names, e-mail or other dresses will ever be old, traded or given to any person or business without the express and written permission of that owner and registered member.
