      1)  It is best that Calendar of Events Submission be made 30 to 60 days prior to the event.

      2)  The latest submission should be not less then 10 days or prior to event.

      3)  All terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notification.

2.   Format for Submission to DesertCitiesWellness Calendar of Events:

      1)  Name of Event

           (1) Specify the published name of the event for example: Latest in Plastic Surgery, Pancreatitis, etc.)

      2)  Date of Event

           (1) If the event takes place on a single date please provide this date and the start and approximate end time of the event.

           (2) If the event takes place over a number of days then please provide the start, beginning or opening date, and the final date, make sure these are clearly specified.

           (3) If your event occurs over multiple dates, then please state the start time and approximate end time for each day if they are different depending on the date. For example Monday, 12:00 PM approximate end time of show 1:00 PM, Saturday 2:00 PM approximate end 4:00 PM

      3)  Please Provide a Brief Paragraph About Your Event

           (1) What you would like to have our readers know about this event.

           (2) Information about the Presenter or Organization presenting the event... make it interesting.

           (3) If the event is a Charity Event, such as a Fund Raiser for Cerebral Palsy, please make this clear.

      4)  Please Provide Contact Information

           (1) Practitioners and health-care organization, please list the name of your name or the name of your organization, your phone number, and email address or however else you can be reached.

           (2) Where information about the event can be obtained...provide a working phone number, web site, or email address.

           (3) The name of the person or persons who are to be contacted.       

      5)  Price of Tickets

           (1) If there is a charge for the event please list the price of the tickets and/or, if a donation is suggested, the amount or type of donation anticipated.

           (2) Please include where tickets can be purchased, if sold in advance.

           (3) Provide the hours tickets will be on sale and a phone number to call for information, if relevant

           (4) Web address for a link to the web site where tickets for the event can be purchased.

           (5) Please only send ticket prices, if you wish them to be published in the Calendar of Events Section.
